TNT-247 specialises in the transport of goods for private individuals.

All our shipping prices include VAT.

The order you place is binding.

The delivery time is usually 2 – 10 days from the time your goods are collected by us. Orders that we have to collect from abroad can take up to 10 – 20 days.

If your delivery consists of several parcels, it may happen that the consignment arrives on different days. In this case, we ask for your patience and understanding.

Taxes and customs

As the customer, you are responsible for the taxes and customs clearance of your goods. It is your responsibility to check which regulations apply to your goods in your country.

TNT-247 is not responsible for the cost of customs clearance or taxes.

NSAB 2000

The carriage provisions of NSAB 2000 apply and the carrier’s liability is limited to cases where the carrier is responsible for the damage or loss. The carrier shall reimburse the client a maximum amount of €0.80 per kilo. We therefore recommend transport insurance.

Note:

If your order contains alcohol, additional insurance is required. Without this, there will be no claim for compensation.

Costs for the return of goods:

– In the event of incomplete or incorrect delivery and billing address details

– Failure to collect your parcel

We must invoice you for the transport costs incurred for this, plus shipping costs for reshipment.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail to support@tnt-247.de

All orders are binding after 24 hours.

In the event of cancellation after this time, costs for packaging, transport documents etc. will be incurred. We charge at least 15€ from the start of transport.

How to order

You order goods in a shop or online shop within the EU.

The transport order for the ordered goods is placed with us under your name, which we then dispatch to Sweden.

In some cases we will also pack the goods for you.

If the goods ordered are alcohol, you must be of legal age. We therefore require a confirmed proof of age.

If the goods are returned due to age, we will charge you.

All bookings must be made via our web-based order page. It is your responsibility to check that all details on the booking confirmation are correct. The order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided when ordering.

Incorrect orders or misuse of the web system may result in a report being made.

Goods that are returned to us

We receive returned parcels for various reasons.

Our support team will notify you by e-mail.

If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the goods will be destroyed.

You will receive a reminder by e-mail 2 days before the destruction.

We reserve the right to correct prices due to typing errors.
